We talk about the problem, the users and what a good outcome looks like. No jargon, no pitch deck.

Fixed scope and quote
You get a written scope, a timeline and a price before anything starts. If it is not right, we stop there.

Build in phases
I ship in stages, so you can see and test progress instead of waiting for one big reveal.

Launch and support
I handle deployment and handover. After that you can keep me on for fixes, or buy more scope.

Fixed-scope build
You have the idea, I have the skill. We agree on exactly what gets built, what it costs and when it lands. No hourly surprises.
Monthly support
Once it is live you can keep me on for bug fixes, small improvements and the next round of scope — month to month, cancel anytime.

Questions I get asked
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and I would rather give you a real number than a fake range. After a short call you get a written scope and a fixed price. Small internal tools and focused MVPs are the most common starting points.
How long does a typical build take?
A focused MVP is usually four to ten weeks. Internal tools and smaller builds can be quicker. You see working software in stages, not just at the end.
My idea is still vague. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most useful ideas start vague. The first job is deciding what to build first and what to leave out — you do not need a spec before we talk.
Do you build AI features?
Yes. I have shipped AI features in production, including retrieval over private data, document processing and assistants that work on messy real inputs.
Can you maintain it after launch?
Yes. Many projects continue as a monthly support arrangement for fixes and improvements. If you would rather take it in-house, I document and hand over properly.
Do you take equity or become a co-founder?
No. I work as a freelance engineer on fixed scope, with optional ongoing support. No equity, no full-time roles.
